We process the personal data listed above in accordance with the provisions of the GDPR and other applicable legislation in this area.

Personal data is processed for the purpose of maintaining the Company's relationship with the employee/trainee or potential employee/trainee who is the data subject and to enable the relationship between the parties, including contact requests, in the context of which you provide us with your data.

Whenever necessary, we process your data to safeguard the legitimate interests of the Company. Examples: advertising, provided you have not objected to the use of your data for this purpose. - Exercise of legal rights and defense in the event of legal disputes. - Ensuring the Company's IT security - Video surveillance to collect evidence in the event of an incursion - Provisions relating to the security of the Company, and technological systems (e.g. access controls).
On the basis of your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR)
Whenever you have given us consent to process personal data for specific purposes, we will carry out the processing that you have been informed of and to which you have consented.
This consent can be revoked at any time. This also applies to the revocation of informed consents given to us before the GDPR came into force, i.e. before May 25, 2018. Please note that revocation only applies to future situations and therefore has no retroactive effect. Processing that took place before the repeal is not covered by it.
For legal reasons or in the public interest (Article 6(1)(c) and (e) GDPR)
The company is subject to various legal obligations (for example, to comply with a legal obligation or an obligation arising from tax legislation) which may lead to the processing and communication of personal data in accordance with European Union law and, in this case, Portuguese law.
WHO HAS ACCESS TO PERSONAL DATA:
Within the company, access to your data is given to employees who need it to fulfill the company's contractual, pre-contractual and legal obligations.

HOW LONG PERSONAL DATA IS STORED:
We process and store your personal data to the extent necessary to comply with the applicable contractual and legal provisions. In this regard, it should be borne in mind that the relationship we maintain may be an ongoing one. To this extent, the personal data processed will be kept for the period necessary to provide the contracted services, as well as to meet the legal obligations to which we are subject. Finally, the storage period is also defined according to the legal limitation periods, which in many cases can be up to 20 years.
RIGHTS OF DATA SUBJECTS IN RELATION TO THE PROCESSING OF THEIR PERSONAL DATA:
The Company guarantees all your rights in relation to the processing of your data, in accordance with the GDPR, namely: the right to information, the right to rectification of your data, the right to erasure, the right to restriction of processing, the right to object, as well as the right to data portability. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority under the terms of the GDPR. You also have the right to request a copy of the consents you have given us.
You can revoke your consent to the processing of your personal data at any time, provided that the processing is based solely on that consent. The same applies to consents given prior to the entry into force of the General Data Protection Regulation, i.e. before May 25, 2018. Please note that revocation and objection are not retroactive, so processing carried out prior to revocation or objection will not be affected.
OBLIGATION TO PROVIDE PERSONAL DATA
Within the scope of our relationship, you will have to provide the personal data necessary to establish it and to fulfill the obligations and pre-contractual and contractual steps derived from it, as well as those that we are legally obliged to collect. Without this data, we will generally have to refuse to conclude the contract.
The company makes every effort to protect your personal data against destruction, loss, accidental or unlawful alteration and unauthorized disclosure or access. To this end, the Company uses security systems, rules and other procedures to ensure the protection of your personal data, as well as to prevent unauthorized access to data, improper use, disclosure, loss or destruction.
